A Case of Bilateral Second Branchial Cleft Anomaly




Abstract
The branchial anomalies are persistent remnants of the embryologic branchial apparatus, manifestating as sinuses. Cysts, fistulas, cartilage nests of combinations. Bilateral second branchial cleft anormalies are extremely rare.
Recently we have experienced a case of bilateral second branchial cleft anomaly with unilateral complete fistula, which was treated with surgical extirpation.
